Reservation & Usage Policy – Cloud Luxe Event

1. Deposit Required

  • A deposit is required to reserve your event date.
  • Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure such as severe weather (rain or conditions that prevent the safe use of the equipment).
  • In the event of bad weather, alternative available dates will be offered.

3. Damage or Loss of Equipment

  • The client is responsible for any damage or loss of rented items during the event.
  • Damage fees include:
    • Trampolines: $50
    • Tables: $35
    • Chairs: $35
    • Canopies/Tents:$35
  • Charges will be applied based on the extent of damage or replacement required.
  • 4. Liability 
  • Cloud Luxe Event is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of rented equipment.
  • Adult supervision is strongly recommended when using trampolines, tents, and other rental items.

5. Weather Conditions

  • Only in cases of severe weather that make it impossible to safely hold the event, the event may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • In all other cases, no refunds will be issued.

 

Important Usage Rules

 

 

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, it is crucial to follow these rules when using our equipment:

Make sure the equipment is set up on a level and secure surface.

Continuously supervise the use of all equipment, especially trampolines and inflatables.

Do not exceed weight limits or the maximum number of users allowed on the equipment.

Avoid using sharp or pointed objects near inflatables and other delicate equipment.

Immediately report any damage or malfunction of the equipment to our staff.

 

Cancellations & Reservation Changes

 


We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please keep the following in mind:

 

  • Cancellations should be notified as early as possible.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but we can offer rescheduling options subject to availability.
  • Any changes to the date, time, or type of equipment are subject to our approval and availability.
  • In case of rescheduling due to bad weather, we will coordinate a new date that meets your needs.

 

 

Damage & Loss Policy

 

The safety and care of our equipment are a top priority. In the event of damage or loss, the following policies apply:

 

  • The client is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.
  • Equipment will be inspected at the end of the event to assess any damage.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client based on the extent of the damage and type of equipment.
  • In case of loss, the replacement value of the missing item will be charged.
  • We appreciate honesty and timely communication in the event of any incident, so we can resolve it in the best possible way.
